COPPA Compliance
What Is COPPA?
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is a United States federal law that protects the privacy of children under 13. It requires websites directed at children to follow strict rules about data collection.
How TypingGamesKids Complies
- No account creation: Children never create an account or provide any personal information.
- No data collection from children: We do not collect names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information from users under 13.
- No behavioral tracking: We do not use cookies or other technologies to track individual children's behavior across websites.
- No third-party advertising: We do not display ads from third-party advertising networks.
- No social features: There are no chat rooms, message boards, or other features that allow children to communicate with others or share personal information.
- Local-only progress: Any game progress is stored only in the browser's localStorage on the user's own device.
